  Purchased my new GMC Terrain with Kurt! He is an awesome sales manager and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome. And Steven with financing was great too, explained what I was signing.

As there was only 1 person that does this part I understand it’s difficult to time everything. We felt that a walk in should have been the ones to wait not the clients with the appointment. Eric was very nice and did everything as quickly as possible once we got to meet with him.

  I could care less for the finance manager(the one you actually do all the paperwork with) i don't recall his name, & I think the detail guy could've done a better job (some grime still on steering wheel & on several steering wheel, door, & dashboard buttons; orangey residue in several areas of exterior possibly from wax compound) but all little details I was able to clean off easily. I've driven the car daily for 2weeks, & driven twice for work to the Bay but still feel like I was sold a great car & had an overall positive experience purchasing it!

He had all the necessary information for us. He showed us some colors and different types and we negotiated a fair deal. Nonetheless, we were very happy and satisfied with everything.
